We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team and lead the design and development of our web presence. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that showcase our AI solutions and drive engagement with our brand.

Job description

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user experience across all touchpoints.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating and refining designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience, incorporating innovative ideas and emerging technologies to continuously improve our web presence.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process to ensure design fidelity and quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a track record of creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating closely with developers to implement designs. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs that delight users and drive business results.
