Job description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understand client objectives and business needs to tailor solutions that maximize the value of Allas.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of the Allas platform.
Monitor client usage and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improving satisfaction and outcomes.
Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of retention and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features based on client needs.
Prepare regular reports and deliver updates on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to provide proactive guidance and support to clients.
